What time did you wake up today? 9:45-9:50am
What time are you lying down to go to sleep? 2:30 am (ended up not going to bed at the time I thought because I started cutting out words for my latest journal project and lost track of time.)
What, if any, was your bedtime routine? - Pills, moisturize, read
What were the last food(s) you consumed tonight? Dinner - Indian - though I can already tell my stomach is a little unsettled. Will take a tums before going to sleep.
Did you exercise today? Yoga, and a set of specific stretches for my shoulders
Did you consume any alcoholic beverages today? Nope
Did you consume any caffeinated drinks or foods today? 2 Cups of coffee - Morning
Did you take any medications (prescription and/or over-the-counter) today? (Standard routine - Yes)
Did you take any naps today? No
What types of stressors did you encounter today, and what types do you expect to encounter tomorrow? -
Working on Kat's necklace is turning into a bit of a challenge, and a struggle to control the perfection freak inside of me and let the creative energy flow out. I had a mild set of stressors today - going out to dinner with two of our friends that I don't normally go out to dinner with, but they invited us. (Dinner and me and small talk - not really good)
Tomorrow - need to do more than a few hours of work. I really need to put some limits on the computer time.
How hungry did you feel today? Moderate to Semi-moderate. Mostly around 3-4pm
How awake did you feel today? Very alert
How irritable did you feel today? Not really
My mind has been racing around about how to network better, how to promote myself and my craft better, and realized that I am not really looking at the first level network, friends and family close enough. Tonight I bartered for 2 hours of a tech writer to work on my newsletter with me, in exchange - he gets 10 custom Christmas cards made to his liking. This started me thinking of another angle to my business - connectors.
Anyway, more tomorrow as I look into this idea more.

Dreams recalled: None that I can post publicly. They were a bit strange to start with and even more with people I wouldn't or haven't even considered in a romantic or sexual way and me being a man even more odd.
(I do want to write them down because there is something there - especially the switching genders and being Male instead of female - just will do it in my off line journal)
