Been sick this week. Hoping to get back on track and seriously work on getting this weight off. That 185 kept popping in my head all week. I weighed around that amount, though more, when I was preggo.
Goals this week:
Get scale fixed -- I don't usually like to weigh myself every day, but I've had my head in the sand for like 4-5 months. Maybe getting on the scale daily and seeing how foods, moods, etc, can affect my body might be a good thing.
Plan meals and make ahead as much as possible.
Exercise in the morning -- this one is super hard as I hate getting out of bed early and like to stay up later than I should. I need the sleep and I need the exercise. Need to show some discipline with this. Going to be super hard!!!!
Portion control, portion control, portion control.
Pin up some inspiring quotes that will keep me on track. That means pin them on the fridge, on the pantry, bathrooms, etc... and read them before I dive into a bag of chips.
Next grocery store trip, limit the amount of snacky foods. I'm a snack-a-holic. This will be hard.
These are lots of goals. Some may think that is setting myself up for failure, and if I make it to some of these goals, great. If not, next week.
