I had one of the best Saturdays in a long time. I got in some exercise today hiking 2.5 miles on some fabulous trails at Caswell State Memorial Park. I met my Fitbit goal of 10,000 steps. I ate healthy. Drank my water and 4 veggie servings. I am still struggling to shed those last pesky pounds. My goal is a pound a week but it's not been easy. My plan is to go on a bike ride sunday, and go to the gym on Monday.
