Happy and Feeling Great

I had one of the best Saturdays in a long time. I got in some exercise today hiking 2.5 miles on some fabulous trails at Caswell State Memorial Park. I met my Fitbit goal of 10,000 steps. I ate healthy. Drank my water and 4 veggie servings. I am still struggling to shed those last pesky pounds. My goal is a pound a week but it's not been easy. My plan is to go on a bike ride sunday, and go to the gym on Monday. emoticon

    emoticon is right!! I had a good Saturday too. Did lots of errands and got in lots of walking. Drove out to a county park and walked along the creek. Blew off yard work and other things just to take care of myself and "be" with nature. It was sooooo worth it! I'm planning a bike ride and some swimming for Sunday!
