Days 3 - 5

It's been a little rougher. It isn't the craving for nicotine; it's the habit side of it. Thoughts of "I used to smoke at about this time" or "Normally this is when I'd smoke." Lots of boredom issues...but I do have times of not thinking about it at all.

This, too, shall pass.

And day 6 is almost in the bag, as well!

    Funny, we seem to be on similar journey's. You cigarettes and me food (temporarily). I caved last night but I'm recommitting myself to the task. Failure is not falling down but staying down.
