Today was WI day for the
5% Challenge. I was up only .2lbs which I thought was pretty good after
dinner last weekend, my husband's birthday which he wanted DQ cupcakes for, a business dinner out on Wednesday, a wine making class Thursday, running around for Halloween costumes Yesterday, and barely minutes of exercise this week.
NSV this week, my belt moves comfortably to the 7th set of holes! I was stoked! My bestie got me out for a walk on Wednesday morning and we timed it as a 5K and I BEAT my treadmill walk by 9 minutes!!!
I will delve into more details tomorrow, but I had to make sure I got my report in tonight before I got to bed and also log my points for the challenge.
