I don't belong to a gym anymore. Unless I walk outside, which now is becoming less likely because the weather is changing, I work out in my living room using DVDs or YouTube videos.
I really want to improve my muscle definition, but I really struggle with ST. Almost everything I do is cardio. I have seen lots of people post on SP about ChaLEAN Extreme and did some reading about it tonight. But I guess I'm hoping to get some feedback on it from other SP folks.
I think I get the gist of what it is. But like do you have to be at a certain fitness level even to start it? I don't want to shell out the money for it and pop in the first DVD only to be disappointed and mad at myself because it's too hard right from the very beginning. Many of the reviews I read on Amazon were like "I'm a 20-year-old fitness instructor ...". That's not me. I'm 44 and I have yet to see the 220s.
So I need some realistic feedback from some opinionated Sparkers!
