I read my book, and it had us organizing, so I just checked my cabinets and stuff ( I had already done it so many times, plus do it monthly just to make sure there is no bad unhealthy food in the house, plus make sure there is lots of vegis, and fruit.
Yesterday (the 18th) I got a call from my sister and they rushed by dad to the Hospital because the VA Home is staying at thought he was having a heart attack. We were blessed thou because it wasn't one, but his blood pressure was going up real high and then down real low.
Today (19th) My dad is doing well and they have his blood pressure under control, they also are treating him for an infection with very heavy dosage of antibiotics. He will be in the hospital about 2-3 more days.
So I was a little not on the good happy side as I usually am.
I read my reasons for wanting a healthier lifestyle.
I ate mindfully while sitting down
I worked on my home environment to meet my healthier lifestyle.
I gave myself credit for keeping my grandsons busy today (they made sides for dinner tonight, all by themselves) and I lost 4 pounds this week.
Today (19th) The book said to make a schedule , example when I wake up, exercise, clean, etc. So I accomplished that:
Then it also make a priority list that has my essential activities, highly desirable, and desirable things on that list..
So, I am back on track on what I need to do for my healthy lifestyle
