Week 89...

Saturday, October 19, 2013

This week was a fizzer....chest pain throughout the days, weakness, fuzzy head ( couldn't make a choice to save myself ha ha), tried walking-- only did about 5 mins and had to sit down. Felt frustrated, fat, fatigued, foggy and to top the week off TOM came to visit.

Yesterday Hubby put his foot down and I stayed on the Laz-e-boy most of the day. Had a small bowl of nuts and seeds by me and water, to snack on and got up for lunch and dinner. Hubby did the dinner for me. Spoilt !!!! Just read books and watched the rugby when it came on- the Wallabies did really well as they have been struggling for a long time to get back to their best. But hey to beat the All Blacks is virtually impossible. No bias here. :)

9 days to get through till the cardiologist visit.

So I was not surprised I put on a kilo this week and weighed in at 74.0 kgs.

I do care but I'm not worried about it-- there will be a chance to get back into it again, but I do mourn my Zumba and can already tell I've lost muscle in the month this has been going on. Life happens when you have something else planned and my plan was to be at 60 by my birthday. No chance now in 20 days.

So good things--Hubby is a giant among men, has been so nice this week. I haven't gone into hospital, umm.. hey I'm lovely SP...ow it hurts to think...LOL

Hope your week is amazing and wonderful things come your way.

I am so sorry that you had such a rough week but what a blessing that your hubby takes such good care - that is true love! Hope your health improves soon!

Sorry you are still having health issues and I hope the Dr. will help you figure it all out. My husband had to have 2 stents put in after a stress test showed he had 90% plugged up arteries. Was so glad they caught that before a heart attack hit him. Take it easy, like you are doing-no since in ending back in the hospital.
That is great you have a helpful husband like that-makes life easier on you while you go through this! Just keep focused on eating right, drinking your water and resting. Like you said, once you are well, you will get back at it soon enough. The body is resilient and you are much stronger than you will be fine. emoticon
Thanks for stopping by the other day at my blog! emoticon

Your Hubby is a sweetheart. I hope the appt. with your Doctor goes well, and he can find the problem, so you can start feeling better soon. emoticon

Please feel better immediately. I don't like it when my friends are hurting, especially if there is nothing I can do about it! So you take care of yourself, listen to your husband and your kids and get plenty of rest. Drink your water and make good food choices while you're laid up and don't sweat whatever weight you might gain.

It is great that you are up beat even though you are suffering - there is a silver lining - not sure what that is yet. God works in mysterious ways! Hubby sounds awesome - he's a keeper! (LOL, spoken by an unmarried person - I would have a clue really!). Keep your chin up and know we are all barracking for your speedy recovery. emoticon emoticon
