Week 2 Begins- Fall 5% Challenge

The past week was busy, but fantastic!
I got back to daily tracking of food for the entire day and not just stopping after I logged breakfast. This week's goal is food tracking, so that's good incentive to keep this streak going!
Seeing my teammates log lots of exercise minutes encouraged me to keep at it too. I ended the week with 624 minutes. I don't think I have ever gone higher than 500 in a week.
And hard work pays off because I finally broke out of my plateau and lost 2.6 pounds.
Actually, I weighed myself three times this morning because I couldn't believe what I was seeing!
This week we're headed to the Galapagos Islands, 6585 miles to track. Hoping to see plenty of
along the way and looking forward to seeing those giant tortoises!
