Market day

Went out to the Crossroads Market with mom and dad today. Mom stocked up on spices and I bought cheese. I took Cooper along and walked him for a while, then put him in the car while we had lunch. The market is at the top of a hill so it was quite windy, but Cooper seemed to enjoy the windiness. It started raining shortly after we got home so Cooper has not wanted to take long walks. I decided to do 15 minutes on the elliptical (and I might get on there and do another 15 minutes), plus some vigorous dancing and some yoga. Didn't feel like running today even though I know I need to get out there more consistently. I also did some big girl pushups. I can only do 2 sets of 10 right now, but I figure that is pretty good. I can do more from my knees, but I like to attempt "real" ones on occasion.

I didn't make my calorie burn goal for the week, but it is close so I am not going to beat myself up over it. I have regained a few more pounds, so I am just north of my goal range, but not dangerously so. It just means that I need to be more careful about staying within my calorie range. I was thinking of doing a juice fast next week. I don't normally do that kind of thing, but it feels right for right now.

    I have so much trouble with push-ups. I have no upper body strength, but I'm working on it.

    We are supposed to get rain all this week. It does make it less appealing to exercise outside.

    We had rain off and on today, even some frozen rain- was it snow or hail? Very tiny pellets.
