T & T 14 - 18 Oct 2013

I've made a slight adjustment to my T & T format - instead of making 9 items in Task & Target list daily:
- weekdays, 3 items each days and those 3 items are same
- weekends, 6 items that need to be done in two days

For weekdays Monday 14th to 18th October 2013, my daily Task & Target:
- Morning exercise at least 5-min
- Drink water 2 Tupperware bottles (not sure if it's 2 Litres or 2.8 Litres)
- perform Rawatib Subuh (a voluntary prayer done before the mandatory Subuh prayer)

I got 11 out of 15, that's more than 2/3, yay!

Ignoring my scrawny scribble, I think it's easier to do start again my T & T with this format :D
I need to do much better with my morning exercise (heck, I didn't do any exercise at all except on Monday morning and Thursday late afternoon when I walked at beach with my parents)
