I am so thrilled...been staying on my healthy plan and feel better than I think I have ever felt in my life.
Looking back at my blog, I see that I've slipped up before, it really isn't worth it. Haven't had any added sugar or wheat in 7 months, been dancing and doing pilates, skating, and my energy is on a very even level at all times. THAT is the biggest blessing of all, no up and down swings. Only healthy carbs, lots of veggies, coconut oil and olive oil, avocado, and nuts, lean proteins and beans. oh, and SPICE!! Will have to post a picture later, don't have any recent ones on my P.C.
Now to get through Christmas and the Japanese New Years, then I am home free.
