Wouldn't you like to be a frog to eat whatever "bugs" you..Well sometimes we eat when things bug us and not the good things...we eat due to our emotions. I know you have been there like I have but you have to just pick yourself up and dust off and start over again..in other words get back on that wagon...One good thing I've found with Sparkpeople site is they really teach you how to substitute the good foods for the bad so if you have one of those days where things and people "bug" you then you can eat but eat the right types of foods. I find my emotional eating food is something crunchy. I like crunchy foods..so I keep some crackers premeasured. Also I've found if I eat a little protein that it helps to keep down the hungers...I buy the babybel lite cheese. One little round babybel is premeasured and you get the added protein without much in the way of added fat or calories. Or I might eat a tablespoon of crunchy peanutbutter..minus the crackers..I savor each little taste and make it last awhile. Then I go do something to keep my mind occupied like stitching a cross stitch, a red work piece or hooking a rug,...or taking a walk. dancing..and sometimes I just go read a book.
