When it really comes down to it, exercising doesn't take up that much of your day. If you can't do 30 or 60 minutes at a time, break it up into smaller exercise sessions. It all counts!

Thanks! Not easy to do... but making excuses sure is. I battle with negativity and procrastination. Making all kinds of reasons not to do what I am suppose to be doing for my mental, emotional and physical health.

This is especially true if you are exercising at home. Sometimes life just happens and you can't make a class at a scheduled time. That's when a back up plan comes in handy. i like your attitude Monica! No excuses.

When I read this... I have no excuse why I can't fit an exercise in everyday.
