I got seven and a half hours of sleep tonight and I feel so much more rested than yesterday when I had only three and a half. Aahhh!
I have a bit of time before work so I'm catching up my food logs as best I can since some of the foods I ate aren't really listed in the food directory. Like the am crunch wrap from Taco Bell that I am addicted to. Actually, just potatoes in general are soooo delicious these last few days.
So I found out that I'm about 1087 calories from reaching my goal of a 1750 calorie deficit. So, the good news is that there is some deficit already. Yay! (The scale, however is tellin me the opposite, but that could be my crazy work/sleep/no exercise schedule. I'm not worried.)
Now I'm staring at a pile of laundry that I need to fold...but I don't wanna, can I do it later? :). I think I'll do some work preparation instead.
