Bean & Bacon Soup

Today I'm making a double batch of this:

I have a blender but not a food processor, so this should be interesting!!!

Once upon a time, when I was really upset about something, I could go out for a run and feel better when I came back. Now, I can't because I have a torn tendon in my foot and need surgery. It is also too cold to ride my bike. I feel so screwed right now. I have a lot of negative energy to burn! :(

I think once I get this soup finished, I'm heading to the gym. Surely I can find something to do there.

    Have you considered finding a punching bag to hang somewhere in your house or garage? The gym is a great idea for working of that energy. I hope it worked!

The soup looks interesting but I'd probably skip the pureeing. The picture even looks like they didn't puree the whole thing - very chunky.
