    Still a good long run. 14 miles is a long distance. Good job!

    What caused the run to be 23 minutes short of the plan?

You ran for 207 minutes which is a pretty long time so that is great. I thought I was doing good today but ran for only 184 minutes - which was my plan today.

Good luck on the Houston Half Marathon coming up next weekend.
