What a week of overeating will do to you

Saturday, October 19, 2013

I admit it I overate this past week. I ate lots of nuts, got candy twice, had salty food, overate on the cheese, etc. Net result a gain of 4.5 lbs. I will not let that deter me, but urge me on to make the changes I need for this week. This week we have to track our food, and I intend to use that as a means to keep me on track, and know what I am eating. And keep me from buying junk to satisfying a craving just because I want to , and making wiser choices.

Oh, I know how hard this is!

Hard, but possible! We have only to read some of the many Spark Success Stories to see that it IS possible. One step, one bite, one choice at a time.

Best wishes with your nutrition tracking this week. Don't try to be perfect, just aim to be better!

You can do it!

God bless.

You're already ahead of the game because you know what contributed to the gain--I think that's a win. Keep going, BB! emoticon emoticon

Knowing is half the battle, right? ;)

For me, tracking ahead of time with the goal being to make range in ALL things, not just calories, works really well. When you're trying to get 35 grams of fiber in with a reduced calorie intake, it's really hard to justify eating french fries ;)
