It's been a while! In all honesty, not a whole lot has happened since my last entry. It still is a struggle, I hate to admit that but it's true. I'm trying my best not to gain any weight at this point, and so far I've been successful. I'm stressed and my emotions are all over the place most of the time, and that's not a good thing if you're and emotional eater like me! At the moment I'm doing what I can to calm things down and not let it get to me too much. I've been keeping a food journal for a while (no tracking but I'm going to start doing that today) and it has helped a lot.
I keep a private journal on my laptop and it's been a great help, too. It's easier to find patterns and point out what went wrong when you write it all down. I'm learning a lot.
I'm in a rush so I'm going to keep this short. Basically, I'm still here, still doing the best that I can, and I'm not giving up! I WILL lose this weight and things WILL get better. That's my mantra.
