This is for yesterday. I didn't lose or gain an oz. Still 207.0. Did my 45 minute walk, and read a lot of books.
My meals for the day :
B - 5 eggs, 1 cup mushrooms, 2 T. butter
L + D - 6 chicken thighs, 1 can diced tomatoes, and 3 T. olive oil ( split into 2 meals ).
This was 1874 calories.
fat = 133 grams... 64.7%
carbs = 27 grams... 5.7%
protein = 137 grams... 29.6%
Today, I am reading Dreamsongs, Volume 1, a collection of short stories by George R.R. Martin, the guy who does Game of Thrones. It is a collection of short stories, and a history of how he started writing, and his early life. I couldn't sleep very well last night, and finished all my other books, before getting to bed at 5 a.m. Eating breakfast, and going back to read, and nap. I'll do my walk later this afternoon, then watch my Tigers play the Red Sox. We need 2 victories to make the World Series. Have a good day. I'll post about today later tonight.
