So late weeks weigh in was not good. I had a gain. However, I pulled it together last week. I tracked faithfully, stayed within my points, and attended the meetings. I exercised 6 days in a row. I had a 4 pound loss this week. Which gave me 1.8 pound loss since the beginning of WW. I'll take it! I've joined an exercise challenge on the WW message boards. My challenge for next week is to workout as soon as I get home from work. I have two sub jobs that will start pretty early in the morning and I know I won't wake up to workout, so I need to do it as soon as I get home!
