Well, I re-started this journey in July, shortly after my divorce. I'm ready to re-define myself, but also hold on to the good things that were lost. Maybe that's the problem. I think leaving it all behind would help me move on to whatever ti is I should moving on to. I also recently broke my toe so my exercise has been hindered greatly. I've only lost 9 pounds!! I'm trying to look at it in a positive way though, it's just tough when I see everyone else losing way more even though they are able to exercise better. I'll get through this with a little help from my friends here on SP!
