November is soon here. I have to buckle down and get focused. Always msking goals now I need to follow them. Scsle is down today. Now need to continue the walking or get some exercise in.with holidays trailing ahead sooner than a speeding bullet it time. So for redt of October I will get exercise in 3x a week or more
