Late work night tonight -- after a late (healthy salad) lunch about 2 pm, didn't get supper until after 8. But: did not stop on the way home for fast food. Told myself that hunger is not an emergency. Told myself that feeling hungry is normal and slim people feel hungry every day.
Waited, had my sweet potato black bean soup. With about an ounce of old cheddar cheese, a moderate glass of red wine. And some strawberries with a small quantity of low fat ice cream.
OK then. It was delicious!! Because (all together now): "Nothing tastes better than a good choice!"
