Sorry for being MIA most of this week. Again, hockey, gymnastics, super busy at work, errand-running, cleaning. Hahahah we have a cleaning service come to our house once a week.... and the night before they come, guess what I am doing? CLEANING!! I clean for the cleaners!! Geeze, such a dork! :)
So let's see - some things I've learned this week:
- if I forget and don't drink all my shakes, I don't lose
- if I forget and don't drink all my water, I don't lose
- if I forget, and drink too much pop, I don't lose
My Mom says she really notices a drop in weight, and that I seem bouncier when I walk. She notices it in my face and upper body mostly
My colleague said she noticed in my face
My employee said she noticed I was looking really good lately, but was afraid to ask if I've lost weight - hahaha!!
My 'skinny legging jeans' are way too big, as are a few other pairs of pants and tops.
I am still not TOTALLY into the next size down, however.
And Hubby STILL does not notice a change. *sigh*
So that's all... keep on keeping on :) I find weekends SO much harder than weekdays, so you'll see me on here often, browsing the message boards etc. for motivation and strength. Wish me luck - and have a great weekend!
