What a crazy day! It always seems rougher when you're late getting out the door. Or even worse, late getting TO the door, LOL! I tried to get too much accomplished this morning and it made it a bit too hectic for my liking. Add that to a busy teaching schedule today and I just felt off much of the day. I did get up and get a workout in this morning (late) though, and I plan to finish up 3 more glasses of water before bed. I just did my skinny jeans challenge (the 10 minute pilates thigh workout is pretty brutal) and I'm heading to bed shortly.

Tomorrow I start my day about 4:15 to leave by 5am for a 5K about 2 hours away. It's a race sponsored by Runner's World magazine and should be a blast. I was REALLY hoping to be able to run the hat trick this weekend (5K and 10K on Saturday, Half Marathon on Sunday), but I never had the money to register for it. I was blessed to have a friend running the 5K that really wanted to support and company, so she paid my entry fee and is driving us both down. Since I plan to run it with her, I'm not looking to get in a killer workout, just an easy run with a friend. I'll still get bling though! emoticon Should be a fun morning and a good day. Make it great!

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-5K run and skinny jeans challenge day 19
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 12
