Today completes my 5 day protein plan using the thinique menu. I basically ate the same thing everyday for breakfast, lunch and snacks. I had a headache and swollen sinuses for the first 3 days, the second/third day where the worst. Due to sugar and caffeine withdrawal.
I had 1/2 C egg beaters with 2 turkey sausage patties (low sodium), for lunch 4 oz of deli meat (usually chicken or turkey) with a sugar free jello, dill pickles and a vitamin water zero.
For snacks, I had beef jerky or a thinique mint protein bar (not too bad tasting).
I had various types of meat (4oz) with sugar free jello, dill pickle and sugar free popsicle. I am very glad the 5 days are done.
I am going to try to plan the next 5 days of eating with the guide, if I exercise (if I get about 300 calories, I get to add 300 calories to my net calories for the day) I get more calories to eat! The guide says to exercise for at least 5 days a week (walking, etc).
I went from 184 to 176 lbs. (probably water weight)
My ankles feel a little swollen, however, I do walk around a lot at work (constantly on my feet) on a tile floor. I get about an hour break for lunch to rest my poor feet...
I am going in saturday (10/19), for my official weigh in and B shot. I get veggies, 3x week a type of fruit/dairy product starting tomorrow.
