Week 11. Someone skipped week 10. Oops!

There is a reason I skipped week 10... haha.

Original starting weight: 240
Re-Starting weight: 230
Week 1: 228
Week 2: 225
Week 3: 227
Week 4: 227 (Started at the gym)
Week 5: 227
Week 6: 231
Week 7: 232
Week 8: 229
Week 9: 229
Week 10: 234
Week 11: 230

So I am back to my re-starting weight.. I have been back to sp for 11 weeks and am not down a single pound. Which leads me to my next point....

I gotta quit dishin on myself... Yeah.. I am the same weight that i started with, but I have also lost (and gained) 12 pounds during the process. Ya know what could have happend if I didnt get back to spark? Just a 12 pound gain. I would probably be 242, and my highest ever weight.

So yeah... I am back to my "starting point".. but not really, catch my drift?

Even if we have a 10 pound gain... I can't give up. Ya know why? Because those 10 pounds will still be there! I will have to lose them eventually, or gain more. Those are my only two options!

So yes... I lost 4 pounds this week, and instead of saying... "I lost 4 pounds.. but only because i gained 5 the previous week and so really its like i gained 1.".. I am going to say..
"I LOST 4 POUNDS!!" because I did. And no matter what happened the previous week, they were pounds that I worked to lose.

So here is to another week, and I am going to work to get out of the 230's forever! And If I get into the 230's again... well... then i will work it off emoticon because I wont have another option haha. But here is to LEAPING into the 220's next week!

    Girl I can actually HEAR you saying all this and I have come to the conclusion that you have the right attitude right now.

No dissing on yourself.. You are right, if you give up now, you gain more, because you you then have the attitude I DON'T CARE!
But you don't, so WOOT!

YOU CAN DO THIS.. And I have yet to see in our team, you tell about ALL YOUR GOOD stuff about YOU! Remember our challenge??? hehe

And just a bit of advice, you don't have to it. Or better yet, a suggestion.. Try weighing in on Mondays, instead of Fridays..The reason, KNOWING you have to weigh in on Monday, makes it a lot harder to cheat and get away with it on the weekends :) I know, this is WHY I do it on Mondays haha..

Anyway, hope your weekend is GREAT and remember...WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

* I've spanned four 10 pound ranges over the past year (190s, 200s, 210s and 220s). Keep fighting and fighting to win and you'll be fine.

Always feel free to express frustration for lack of process (I certainly don't pass up an opportunity to vent/squack when I need it). Like you indicated, don't turn on and against yourself when doing so.
