There is a reason I skipped week 10... haha.
Original starting weight: 240
Re-Starting weight: 230
Week 1: 228
Week 2: 225
Week 3: 227
Week 4: 227 (Started at the gym)
Week 5: 227
Week 6: 231
Week 7: 232
Week 8: 229
Week 9: 229
Week 10: 234
Week 11: 230
So I am back to my re-starting weight.. I have been back to sp for 11 weeks and am not down a single pound. Which leads me to my next point....
I gotta quit dishin on myself... Yeah.. I am the same weight that i started with, but I have also lost (and gained) 12 pounds during the process. Ya know what could have happend if I didnt get back to spark? Just a 12 pound gain. I would probably be 242, and my highest ever weight.
So yeah... I am back to my "starting point".. but not really, catch my drift?
Even if we have a 10 pound gain... I can't give up. Ya know why? Because those 10 pounds will still be there! I will have to lose them eventually, or gain more. Those are my only two options!
So yes... I lost 4 pounds this week, and instead of saying... "I lost 4 pounds.. but only because i gained 5 the previous week and so really its like i gained 1.".. I am going to say..
"I LOST 4 POUNDS!!" because I did. And no matter what happened the previous week, they were pounds that I worked to lose.
So here is to another week, and I am going to work to get out of the 230's forever! And If I get into the 230's again... well... then i will work it off
because I wont have another option haha. But here is to LEAPING into the 220's next week!
