This past week or so, I've been slacking. No tracking my food. I've been moderating though, and paying attention to making sure my food choices were fairly good. No random binges, well, maybe a couple, but it's all a far far cry from my "off the wagon" type of behavior when I have decided to stop tracking before.
I've not been exercising dutifully, but have been kind of active in general. My dad came for a visit, so I spent a while getting the house spiffed up. Since it's all pretty clean again, I'm in the maintenance mindset where a little effort here and there will keep things fairly presentable.
This general disregard for discipline has been interesting, since I'm still losing weight. Woo-hoo! Down to 194 today. I'm coming down with / fighting off a new cold. Really hoping this one doesn't suck as much as the last one did! It's funny, every time I lose a little I want to run and try on my dress, see if the zipper goes up any more than it did last time.
Kind of a hodge-podge of thoughts for the blog today, just checking in I guess, foggy-minded today though I am!
