UGH! I've tried so many ways to slim down...and I just keep gaining. I left spark people for a little while, but here I am again...realizing that I HAVE to track my food and I HAVE to track my fitness efforts. They are a motivation and a "keep it real" effort. Tai Chi isn't enough, I have to do some things to get my heart beating fast. I was ashamed to find out how hard it is for me to simply jump today. I'm not that big, not that old, not that fat...but it was still hard for me to jump with two feet off the floor.
Well I did 18 minutes of cardio today at work. Closed my office door and took two breaks to do two workout videos. Well, Ellen, gonna keep at it this time?!!!
