Day 3

Day 3 is typically the day I give in, and fall completely off the wagon. Today is different. I planned ahead, and have lots of good stuff in my fridge. I refuse to sabotage myself with junk, I even worked a serving of dried fruit into my plan so I don't crave anything sweet. It's gonna be a great day! :)

    What she said! Planning is critical. For instance, if you're going out to eat, check online and look at the menu and nutritional info before you go, and you'll be prepared to turn down the breadsticks and other junky fillers.

I always carry an ALDI brand Atkins bar in my purse in case I get caught in a situation where I don't have good healthy low carb choices. They're not the best nutrition in general, so I try not to eat them often, but they're lifesavers in a pinch.

    Planning is the key. I lost so much weight but when I stopped planning and tracking that is when I didn't lose. Well done for day 3.
