So yesterday for my workout I did Total Body Circuit again. These last couple of weeks it's like every other day is TBC. Anyway while I was doing it I realized that I've been doing a move wrong all this time because I had never really looked at it because I was down on the floor and only listening. I don't even know how I ended up seeing it yesterday. So anyway there's a spider push-up progression in the video and for the last move I always thought you were just to do a spider push-up on one side, back to plank, spider push-up on the other side. WRONG!!! It's spider push-up on one side, PUSH-UP, spider push-up on the other side so I did it the right way yesterday. Hence another challenge to TBC as if it wasn't challenging enough. LOL!! At least my upper body should get super strong with all these push-ups!! Speaking of push-ups as it relates to my 30 push-ups a day I decided yesterday to see instead how many push-ups I can do in a minute and work on increasing that so I did that yesterday and I did 28!!
. After the 1 minute I also went to 34 just for good measure. LOL!
Food yesterday was AWESOME. I got all my macros, my fibre AND I only had 1351 calories!! YAYYY!!. If only I could do that everyday. LOL!!
Anyway today I doubled up again. I did Ab Intervals followed by Speed 1.0. It was good but man was I sapped for energy in doing the Speed 1.0. This isn't usually the case because I LOVE Speed 1.0 but I'm tired overall and then having done the Ab Interval before it affected how well I pushed in the Speed 1.0. It was a still a good workout though. After that I really didn't want to do my push-ups but I decided to. I starting timing because of the new 1 minute thing but then I stopped the stopwatch because I knew I wouldn't get many in the minute considering how I was feeling. So I went back to doing my 30 though they were slow in coming.
On the food front I hope to end well today. I'll let y'all know how it went.
