waist down to 33 whoot whoot

Friday, October 18, 2013

didn't weigh because I don't want to be depressed or obsessed with a number so I just went back to measuring for a while.

Been at drs with husband almost every day this week and each time its a 100 miles of driving and a full day. It frustrates me to lose these precious beautiful warm autum days in the car but at least I am seeing the beautiful trees.

On a positive note I advertised on our local craigslist for someone to help keep my horses exercised and GOT A GOOD person who is happy to come and ride wth me whoot whoot! She rode karma no problem. Finally I wont have to wait on Lyssa can get karma and image having miles on them.

Watched biggest loser again. I love the personal change but 50 pounds in a week really and like competing for weight loss is a good thing. Not for me I know.
Anyway will take the good from the show and leave the rest.

I think using measurements is a much better way to monitor your progress than the stupid evil scale. :) Great job on your success

The only thing about the Biggest Loser is that they have medical supervision on site, because it is extreme. In the real world of weight lost we know the average person can not lose that much weight in one weight. I've always been a viewer of the show since season 1. Congratulations on the 33 waist. emoticon
