I'm finally back to begin my weight loss journey... again. This time, I should be able to accomplish it, I hope. I've already lost 1.5 lbs without realising it. Due to health reason during the past year I felt discouraged but I finally gathered up some courage and went to the doctors and I'm now being tested for conditions which hopefully come back with some answers. Enough of that!
For the past few days I've been eating healthier eliminating certain things from my diet in order to help with the weight loss, which so far is going good. As I'm already in a healthy weight range for my height, I don't feel the need to be excessive with my weight loss. I just want to do my best to reduce the fat round my abdomen and thigh area and tone up, I know targeting areas to lose weight is near enough impossible. However, I am lucky to know I do lose belly fat but not to sure about my thighs, as I've not lost more than 5 lbs at a time and gained it back.
I really don't know what else to say, that's all I can muster up for my day 1 blog! If you're reading this then well have a good day/night!x
