    This is sooo TRUE Helen !! We are just looking for the JOURNEY along the way,,, and then the end result of weight loss will ARRIVE someday prob as we LEAST expect it too,,, and than it's onto the road of maintenance !! That'll be LIFE LONG but THANKS to the skills we are LEARNiNG instead of a JENNY Craig thing (Which I AM TEMPTED !) to do,,,,, we CAN Learn the skills, APPLY the skills,,,and WOOHOOOO it ALL COMES together !

    Yes, HELEN, that is true - now is that mile ahead of you or behind you. I did almost 10 miles on my stationary bike this morning and the scenery did not change. Keep your good work - it musts be working.
