Well, it went well. I had 2 representatives here and we talked for half an hour. I showed them the problems and we talked about all the extra time this took.
It isn't Statewide Remodeling policy to give compensation - they want to fix the problems but I told them that at this point I have lost confidence in Statewide.
In the end I did get some compensation and they left my warranty in place.
All in all we are satisfied - I feel they could have done better but it was never about the money anyway.
