I'm down right mad at myself. For the past two months I have let craziness rule my world--basically being too busy with everything to keep on track with my health. I gained weight back that I had said goodbye to. URGH.
Well, that is old news. I can't go backwards, only forwards. So right now I'm going to move forward. Today was the first day--tracked my food, drank my water. Check. One day down, the rest to go.
Tomorrow I continue to move forward--track food, drink water, exercise.
And then the next day... and the next... and the next.
I also know that logging in DAILY will help me achieve my goals and continue to move forward. So, I may not blog daily, and I usually log my food on my phone, but I am going to log in to SP daily to get those points, build the excitement, and keep me on track.
