Tried a guided meditation today. Usually I just meditate for ten minutes with my Insight Timer app going and a lovely temple bell sounds when the time is up. But today I was extra sleepy, so I thought I'd try a guided meditation instead in the hopes it would keep me focused and awake. Actually, it had the opposite effect: the woman's voice was so relaxing that I practically drifted off within the first few minutes! It felt good to be so relaxed though.
