Getting a little behind in my blogging about my exercising so I'll do a quick update here:
Tuesday - one of our cats got out this morning as hubby was letting the dogs out and he quickly jumped on the patio table and into the neighbors' yard. I walked for 12 minutes around a couple of blocks near our house to look for him before going to bed and another 12 min walk later on after getting up from my daily sleep. This kitty just turned 16 last month and we really didn't feel comfortable having him out roaming. We had to get to school for parent teacher conferences so I didn't have any time to get any more exercise in.
Wednesday - 8 minute cardio intervals video (daily skinny jeans challenge exercise from Tuesday that I wasn't able to do while worrying about the cat on Tuesday) plus a 48 minute run/walk (3.51 miles) after dropping my son off at work.
Thursday - 10 minute mini cardio circuit and a 12 minute (0.66 mile) walk
Good news on the kitty issue - my son saw him walking along the side of a house a block and a half north of our house as we were driving home from school. He jumped out and got him! He was pretty hungry and thirsty when we got him home but he seems to be okay.
