Although today was not the best in "eating"...I did sneak in two miniature candy bars...I did without eating those...its amazing to me the littlest things that I ate and "thought" I was eating the healthier choice...for instance...today at the lunch room I turned up grilled cheese and homemade chips for make your own sandwich and baked chips...well I guess I should have left off the chipotle ranch and the thick pieces of wheat bread....I think bringing my own lunch is still the best option for me. Just amazing what I was putting into my body thinking I was making the "better" of the two choices. Ugg...but on a positive side I was good other than that AND I tried my next workout plan...turbo kick...I found a great place in my town that has a nice little studio for classes and they are so fun. And everyone is so nice...Zumba and Turbo is what we've done so far. Next week we try out RIPPED and Hip Hop...we'll see!! Nice to be finally doing something for myself. Looking forward to next week once I've had time to make some meals and get things ready for the week ahead!!!
