I have been eating right and exercising all week long. I'm hoping that weigh in tomorrow is a loss. I don't care how much of a loss, but a loss would be great. I only lost .2 lbs last week and am ready to see at least a "1" in front of that this week. I just need to see a little motivation. I am getting stronger when it comes to running. I can run longer without taking as many breaks and I have completely changed my diet. Here's hoping to at least a full pound of weight loss tomorrow!
