Posting a blog about my goals for work really makes me keep on track. Every time I think about grabbing a piece of extra food I think about my goal for the day. I was successful yesterday only eating what I brought and didn't eat any extra food. There was cranberry walnut bread, peanut butter cups, M&Ms, rolos...but I didn't eat any of it. I ate my three pieces of fruit, almonds, and pepperoni bread sticks.
Today I'm going to pack a salad with an egg, chick peas, olives, black beans, spinach and almonds. I'm also going to pack two apples and a peach.
