I know it's been awhile since I've updated. I will try my best not to go so many days without posting a blog. I know some of you look forward to my blogs and my progress.
We are still preparing to move and my time is so limited, but I'm making an effort to do what I can to get me on the road to recovery from obesity. We will be moving the first or second week on November.
I've signed up for the fall 5% challenge I joined the challenge because I was planning to lose my weight in 5% increments and I hope this will help me. I will be posting goals for the challenge soon. I've also set a goal to exercise 10min daily for 5 days per week just to help me start back. And eventually do 15min strength three days per week. I still haven't managed to conquer my cleaning eating goal but I will eventually because I'm not giving up!
