I have one night a week that is a late night and it is difficult to eat sparingly on those evenings for both energy and stress-related reasons.
So, last night I ate more than I wanted to, but I've decided not to beat myself up for it. The too-little calories I had in the 2 days previously will make up for that.
Today, I will try to fit in a walk during my lunch hour rather than sit on the computer the whole time.
It's all about forgiving yourself.
