Busy Busy Busy

So I started a new challenge but I keep forgetting to do it. I try to make up the day the next day and who knows. Today with so much going on I didn't even realize until I got home that I only had 400 calories that day and didn't drink any water. I really need to find a way to slow my days down and still stay focused on everything that I need to. I need more hours in the day! Well i hope you all are keeping on top of things and remembering to be good. Tomorrow is a new day and I have got to find a way to remember to eat and drink water.

    I've run into the same problem. I get so busy during the day that I forget to eat. Then I have to figure out how to fit in the nutrients I really need with the meals missed. Fortunately this is only a problem on weekends or days off. While at work I eat a very balanced diet with snacks.

    The biggest thing is even realizing that you are having an issue with these items. That is the first step in Doing Something about it! emoticon

    I do this...most people overeat...not me...I undereat...LOL weekends especially and now I actually set alarms on my phone to remind me to eat and drink water! LOL
