So I started a new challenge but I keep forgetting to do it. I try to make up the day the next day and who knows. Today with so much going on I didn't even realize until I got home that I only had 400 calories that day and didn't drink any water. I really need to find a way to slow my days down and still stay focused on everything that I need to. I need more hours in the day! Well i hope you all are keeping on top of things and remembering to be good. Tomorrow is a new day and I have got to find a way to remember to eat and drink water.
