Met my goals by the skin of my teeth. I was finishing yesterday's skinny jeans workout at 9:30 but I got it done. Heading to bed shortly. Working a full week this week so it's been a challenge to get everything done. Hopefully the weekend will bring some stress relief.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat consciously and track food
-5k+ run and skinny jeans workout
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10
