In one of the last entries I wrote before once again going MIA, I mentioned that I had done 10 days of the gym in a row. I am happy to report that I actually got to 30 consecutive days in that period (yay me!). I mention this now because I have been S*T*R*E*S*E*D with school this semester and and started to get off track. When I did my 30 days I went NO MATTER WHAT and was also taking an intense 4-weeks statistics class that made me want to pull out my hair. But I still did it. Now that I am back to uber stress I realize how much I get my fitness in. It truly is a great release and allows my body a chance to SCREAM off all the tension. So basically what I'm getting at is that I'm back at the gym and happy because I need some serious scream time right now. LOL

    I so envy you! I just cannot find the desire to go to a gym, but everyone I know that goes just loves it!
