Woo hoo!

I know the next week may bring ups and downs in my weight, but I'm ok with that. I'm determined to make it work this time. Week one of tracking with the WW app and I'm down 4.5 pounds (although part of the high weight was because of TOM, I I probably really actually lost 2-3 pounds). Regardless, that was week 1. In weeks 2-4, I want to get under 190, so just over 4.5 weeks in 3 weeks. I am confident that if I track my food and get some activity points in, I'll get there.

Taking it easy today since I had to work yesterday on my day off. Dishes, some laundry, mostly TV and reading. This past week was really draining at work and it was nice to shut down for the day. Back to work tomorrow.
