I am up 2.2 lbs. today. I think it is just water weight adjusting. On day 7, I am down 12 lbs, so not a big deal. That is 208.2 lbs at my weigh-in. I feel really good today. Did a 60 minute walk out to the lake, just because it may be too cold soon. Winter is eventually going to come.
My brother went to school today, which means he is semi-mobile. He had a test in his one class today, and tomorrow has 1 test, out of his 3 classes, so he is going to that class. His job is okay with shortening his shifts on Friday, and Saturday to let him work whatever he wants those days. He is hoping to work a few hours each day, and make a little money. Then he is hoping to go to school all 4 days next week, and be ready for next weekend to work. Hopefully that is the end of his ankle problems for now. If no more issues occur, then we should be able to catch up on our bills next month.
My meals for the day were the same as the day before:
B - 5 eggs, 1 cup mushrooms, and 2 T butter
L + D - 6 chicken thighs, 1 can of diced tomato, and 3 T olive oil ( split into 2 ).
This added up to 1908 calories
fat = 135 grams... 64.46%
carbs = 27 grams...5.61%
protein - 141 grams... 29.93%
