Yay back at it!

Yes finally over being sick and I am back at working out full steam ahead! I think I have made some very good choices during the time while I was sick for two weeks. I worked on moderation and I was still able to lose weight while I was unable to workout. I will be continuing with moderation while I work out and plan to continue to lose weight and gain strength.
I have gotten back on track with my workouts and I am feeling rather sore but loving that feeling at the same time. Is it weird to say that I missed that feeling the last two weeks? I guess I must have gotten so used to being sore that once I didn't feel it anymore that I just felt off.
We are still eating a lot of soups and stews. I am hoping to keep adding new things into them and trying new kinds of vegetable soups. I plan on trying some root veggies in the next few weeks. I also want to try some roasted vegetables a well.
